Air quality and our productivity

Our productivity rely on many things and one of them is the air quality. Usually people mean the pollution level when talk about the air quality, but today I’d like to talk about another parameter. It’s CO2. We experience lesser brain activity and headache often in the evening time and one of the reason could be CO2.

If you stay alone in the small room for at least 2 hours then the CO2 level gets critically because we exhale CO2. Cause of this we can get tired faster. Keep it in mind, your room requires a fresh air every 2 hours. Unfortunately, we can’t “store” a “good air” in advance. Means, if we were outside 5 hours then we still need to have a fresh air every few hours. In some cases critical CO2 level happens earlier than 2 hours, so it’s nice to have some sensor which will check it.

Be healthy!

Minimalism is getting popular these days. There are multiple reasons to like it. One of the are where we could apply it – our office space. The main reason why I use minimalist desk setup is because it helps me to focus on important things and not being distracted by some details/stuff on your desk – just me and a computer.

The same thing in OS – only minimal things, clear desktop, few apps. For keep it simple it needs to remove unneeded things quite often, but you can be sure that after some time you’ll do it automatically.

Just try it for a while – and you’ll love it!
